Review - Magazines offer resources for environmentalists - by Tina Ross
In the last issue of Central New York Environment, we reviewed the conservation-oriented environmental magazines Audubon, International Wildlife, National Wildlife, and Wildlife Conservation. in this issue, well look at magazines geared toward action and environmental policies. While the "Conservation" magazines include some policy and action issues, these are not their central focus. However, E Magazine, Environment, Sierra and World Watch are primarily policy- or activist-oriented. The last magazine in this review is Orion, a publication which looks at nature and the environment with a more artistic perspective.
