The not-for-profit Central New York Environment is the area's only publication devoted entirely to providing readers with news and commentary about the environment. Since 1976, we have been covering a wide spectrum of issues such as recycling; animal rights; land use; conservation; water, air and land pollution; access to information; and environmental recreation, to name a few. In recent years, we have covered important environmental stories in Verona, Oneida, Morrisville, Ithaca and on the Onondaga Nation. It is our goal to reach out and cover all manner of environmental issues, presenting the public with perspectives and information that they cannot get in other local media.

Subscriptions to Central New York Environment are only $9 for a year (six issues) and can be started by sending a check to CNYE, Inc., 658 W. Onondaga St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
