Frequently Asked Questions
- While inputting text, avoid using non alpha-numeric
characters. These characters cause problems with the database.
Examples of non alpha-numeric characters include:
- \ - forward slash
- / - back slash
- ' - apostrophe
- " - quotation mark
- Ctrl - using the Control
key
- Alt - using the Alt key

How do I view a document?
There are two methods to view a document. The first
method is by selecting a document from the Gallery page and then selecting
the document title. The second method is by performing a keyword search
and selecting the document title.

How do I create a Document?
Only approved users by the Living SchoolBook,
are allowed to create Documents. For login information, please view
the login section of this FAQ. Approved users can add documents
by selecting the Add link on the Gallery index page. Approved
users can also edit and delete their own documents.

What type of images can I upload?
You may upload images that are .gif or jpg.

How do I perform a keyword search?
A keyword search for may be performed
by typing the keyword into the Search box located at the top of
every page. The keyword search searches the title, description,
artist, username, and city fields in the database.
